Position Overview: We need someone who loves to know about all areas of the business and has a passion for extracting, organising, analysing data, or creating visualisations and wants to help the company achieve their goas through data and application support. Day to day you will be supporting Purchasing, Finance and Sales with data tools and carrying out administrative duties. The role is predominantly home-based, with occasional visits to our offices in Dublin, Liverpool, or Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis:
o Manage and analyse sales pricing, product data, and new product setup.
o Perform sales forecasting analysis, reporting, and presentation.
o Conduct sales/products data mining and exploratory analysis.
o Create visualisations for reporting and presentation using Power BI and Excel.
o Conduct customer and sales analytics.
Systems Support:
o Provide First-Line Support:
Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues across core business systems, including Mintsoft, Intact iQ, AGR, and Zoho.
o Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with software vendors to log, manage, and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely updates and effective solutions.
o Data Management & Accuracy:
Maintain data integrity across all systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for optimal performance and reporting.
o System Maintenance & Updates:
Monitor system performance, coordinate software updates, and implement necessary patches in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
o Documentation & Training:
Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials for company systems. Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure effective system use.
o Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and administrative processes, consulting with department heads and implementing enhancements.
o Cross-Departmental Support:
Collaborate with teams to understand operational needs and ensure systems align with business objectives.
o Meetings & Communication:
Organise and attend virtual and in-person meetings with vendors and internal teams to address system-related requirements.
o System Expertise:
Build and maintain strong familiarity with ERP (Intact iQ), WMS (Mintsoft), and purchase demand systems (AGR) to provide advanced-level support and recommendations.

Technical Experience and Qualifications:
· Strong data analysis skills, including experience with Power BI and Excel for creating visualisations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft tools and platforms is an advantage.
· Relevant qualifications in data analysis or a related field are highly desirable.
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in a data analyst role.
· Experience in sales forecasting, sales/product data mining, and customer analytics.
· Strong administrative, organisational, and record-keeping skills.
· Experience in supplier relations and managing purchasing documentation.
· Familiarity with ERP systems such as Intact iQ, Mintsoft, and/or AGR is an advantage.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in mathematics.
· Experience in reporting KPIs and SLA monitoring.
· Proven ability to review, interpret, and communicate information from reports to support decision-making.
· Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
