I'm working with a South Yorkshire based Tech For Good company who are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team. This is a hybrid role so please only apply if you live in a commutable distance to Sheffield.

As the Senior Business Analyst you will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, working closely with software engineering teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Headlines:

Collaborate with software engineering teams to define, refine and deliver technical requirements
Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, translate them into clear business and functional requirements, and mange expectations.
Conduct in depth data analysis using SQL to extract insights and to support decision making.
Work with cloud technologies to support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scaleable and efficient solutions.
Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.

Experience Required:

Proven experience within as a Senior Business Analyst within a technology driven environment
Strong background in software development life cycle and agile methodologies
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis and reporting
Excellent stakeholder management experience.
Experience in digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure of Google Cloud)
