Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the successful implementation of a new ERP system and associated process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and change management within an ERP implementation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future state business processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure ERP solution alignment with business objectives.
- Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training activities.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to process changes and ERP implementation.
- Ensure documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Assist in the change management process by working with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and project teams.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of business process transformation and change management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Knowledge of data migration, system testing, and UAT processes.
- Agile or Waterfall project experience is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications such as BCS Business Analysis or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous.
