Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Data Analyst & Web Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our business by working with data-driven insights and developing solutions that empower our decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will centre around creating, improving, and developing data insights primarily using Excel and other analytical tools. You will also support our web integration projects, utilizing your knowledge of Next.js and modern web technologies.
This role is ideal for a graduate who has strong analytical skills, is highly proficient in Excel, and possesses some knowledge of Next.js coding. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a fast-paced, data-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Insights Development
- Collect, organize, and analyse data from various sources to provide actionable insights that align with business objectives.
- Create, develop, and improve Excel-based dashboards, reports, and models that support key decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, performing regular checks and validations.
- Data Visualization and Reporting
- Design clear and intuitive data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in automating repetitive data tasks to increase operational efficiency.
- Utilize other analytical tools (such as Power BI or Google Analytics) to supplement Excel-based reporting as needed.
- Web Integration Support
- Develop and maintain Next.js web applications and assist in integrating these applications with our data ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless web data integration and a cohesive user experience.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in web applications as needed.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with team members from other departments to identify, develop, and execute data-driven strategies and projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, applying best practices to improve data management and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to data analytics and web integration.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
