Senior PMO Analyst - Resource Management (Contract Role – Up to £550 per day, outside IR35)

We’re seeking a skilled PMO professional to manage demand, capacity, and resource allocation within a dynamic programme management environment. This contract role is home-based, with occasional team meetings in London and occasional site visits as required.

Role Highlights:

Contract Duration: 6 months, starting ASAP.
Rate: Circa £550 per day, outside IR35.
Location: Home-based with occasional London meetings and project-based site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of team skills to make informed resource decisions.
Manage and monitor the programme resource profile, ensuring capacity updates and workload balancing.
Track productivity, chargeable hours, and utilisation, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
Produce accurate management information, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
Lead fortnightly resourcing meetings to inform Programme Management and escalate concerns.
Oversee contract resources, aligning deliverables with business objectives and managing risks.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills:
Proven experience in PMO resource management, work allocation, or planning in a large professional or corporate setting.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Advanced IT skills, particularly data analysis in Excel.
Desirable Skills:
IT background or related experience.
