We are recruiting a Business Analyst – Salesforce on behalf of our client, a large enterprise organisation. This is a technical subject matter expert role, requiring in-depth experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) or Marketing Cloud.
Working Model & Travel Requirements
- This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote working and on-site collaboration (various UK sites).
- Travel to client sites will be required as needed.
- Travel expenses will be covered, but flexibility to travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) or Marketing Cloud.
- Work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Provide expertise on best practices and system capabilities within Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) or Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise platform functionality and workflows.
- Support user testing, training, and adoption strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally within a large enterprise environment.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) or Marketing Cloud (certifications are beneficial).
- Strong ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of data flows, integrations, and automation within Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
