Computershare Technology Services (CTS) is the division within Computershare responsible for procurement and ongoing maintenance & support of all IT systems that underpin and support all business lines within Computershare.
Within CTS, the RML team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of the NZ system. This is Computershare’s proprietary registry system used in the New Zealand office.

Reporting to Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering process and support systems, consulting and continuous improvement solutions for multiple clients.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end to end requirements gathering, utilising appropriate requirement elicitation techniques across a range of stakeholder groups
- Facilitate clear communication to manage and align stakeholder expectations
- Partner with the development team to design, implement, and facilitate enhancements to the RML application
- Ensure the application is maintained in accordance with industry standards and guidelines, promoting best practices
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional development and support teams to achieve cohesive outcomes
What will you bring to the role?
You will be a Business Analyst and have the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, who can work closely with the business to effectively deliver change.
- Experience in a Business analyst role
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
- A high level of logical thinking and problem solving incorporating excellent attention to detail
- Demonstratable experience in analysing client requirements to deliver Client’s objectives and vision
Preferred :
- Experience in a Financial Services Organisation
- Experience in COBOL, CICS and relational database technology (preferably Oracle) and SQL+
- Experience with UNIX operating system and AIX in particular
