What will you be doing?

This role will collaborate with the delivery team of Architects, Designers, Process Excellence, Engineers and QA as well as senior stakeholders, Project/squad leads and business owners to ensure quality and relevant business analysis outputs are delivered.

This is a practitioner / lead role where you will split your time between people leading a team of BAs and providing business analysis services

You can expect to be across the following:

Collaborate with BA Practice Lead to enhance Practice capability
Recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and managing a team of BAs
Resource planning and allocation
Provide analysis and consultancy services
Performing current and future state analysis including documentation of business and system processes, systems analysis and assisting delivery.
Work with the Practice lead and delivery leads to breakdown Tower and IT strategy as actionable initiatives for the BA Practice
