What will you be doing?

This role will collaborate with the delivery team of Architects, Designers, Process Excellence, Engineers and QA as well as senior stakeholders, Project/squad leads and business owners to ensure quality and relevant business analysis outputs are delivered.
This is a practitioner / lead role where you will split your time between people leading a team of BAs and providing business analysis services
You can expect to be across the following:
- Collaborate with BA Practice Lead to enhance Practice capability
- Recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and managing a team of BAs
- Resource planning and allocation
- Provide analysis and consultancy services
- Performing current and future state analysis including documentation of business and system processes, systems analysis and assisting delivery.
- Work with the Practice lead and delivery leads to breakdown Tower and IT strategy as actionable initiatives for the BA Practice
