What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As a Senior Business Analyst at AA, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our members' digital journey. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Team to design and deliver innovative, member-centric solutions while bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with leadership, Digital Marketing, and project teams to align member needs with actionable insights and technical solutions.
- Develop Member-Focused Strategies: Drive solutions that enhance member journeys across digital touchpoints, including roadside assistance, insurance, and other services.
- Leverage Technical Expertise: Advocate for seamless integration of Content Management System (CMS) and consumer applications (Mobile Apps) to improve user experience and engagement.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Promote iterative enhancements based on member feedback and evolving market needs.
About You | Mōu
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for improving member experiences through digital solutions. To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- Preferred Experience: Strong background working with CMS platforms and consumer applications, ideally in collaboration with Digital Marketing Teams.
- Technical Savvy: Previous experience as a Product Owner or equivalent, with deep understanding of SDLC best practices.
- BA Expertise: 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Analytical Acumen: Ability to critically assess business change proposals and align them with member-centric outcomes.
- User-Centric Mindset: Familiarity with Design Thinking principles to gather insights and drive innovative solutions.
- Desirable Certification: PSPO, PSM, or CCBA qualification is a plus.
- Application Platform: Exposure/awareness of Adobe Experience Manager and/or Flutter
