This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $77,413 to $109,290 (including KiwiSaver) ideally, we would look to recruit between $$77,413 to $91,075 depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
This is not a financial or detailed data analytics role. You will use your analytical skillset together with a process and business lens to support effective asset management and investment planning. You'll develop a good understanding of our workflow, and provide insights, plans and processes that enable asset management information to inform investment decisions.
You will get to:
- Analyse, document and maintain information about the investment workflow and its key processes
- Create data analysis tools to ensure the company can easily access and visualise the investment plan
- Work across the business to find data that will improve data completeness and/or accuracy
- Lead the team's programme to uplift data quality and management
- Collate information and provide analysis and insights to support investment prioritisation and planning.
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or relevant working experience in an equivalent role
- Ideally four years relevant experience
- Confidence and competency in data analysis and insight development
- Business and process analysis skills, particularly communicating simple views of complex workflows and systems
- Experience in working in teams to deliver on agreed outcomes
- Local government and/or central government knowledge an advantage.
