You possess excellent communication and analytical skills to gather business requirements and investigate, diagnose and resolve international project issues. You are outcome and customer focused with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. You have a consultative approach to decision making and the ability to recommend process improvement and alternative solutions to improve efficiencies.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager: International Projects and Business Analysis, you will be responsible for the analysis and documentation of business requirements, system configuration, process review and training, and communication activities associated with the international admissions system ‘StudyLink’ and all interrelated systems to support positive recruitment outcomes and continuously improve the application and admission process to provide agile student-centred solutions.
You will also support the Manager: International Projects and Business Analysis as needed in developing and preparing reports from ‘StudyLink’ and other University systems, in continuous improvement of information systems processes relevant to UniSA International and Adelaide University, and with projects that help to improve service provision to prospective students and their agents.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience and a demonstrated commitment to further development and enhancement of knowledge
- High level interpersonal and oral communication skills, including demonstrated negotiation skills when interacting with a wide range of people
- Demonstrated ability to successfully obtain International Admissions and related process requirements, analyse business processes, identify risks and determine solutions that will meet business needs
- Demonstrated experience liaising and negotiating with third party system providers and business units at all levels of an organisation
- Demonstrated experience in functional system configuration based on captured user requirements
