Your contributions
- Conduct research to find best-practice solutions, gather business requirements for new customer journey initiatives, create user stories and process flows, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Define requirements for customer journey tracking, analyse journeys to spot improvement areas, and implement strategies to increase engagement and conversion across the customer lifecycle.
- Monitor payment processing systems within the OTR App, ensure the integrity of payments through systems like PayPal and Datamesh, and liaise with stakeholders to address any payment issues, fraud, or chargebacks.
- Change Management for App by identifying stakeholders, analysing impact, getting input, identifying gaps, developing communications & training plan including communicating timely product changes to Operations and stakeholders.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EV charging functionality in the OTR App, manage product enhancements, monitor customer feedback, and oversee the delivery of EV App improvements and bug fixes.

What we are looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a BA , Product Analyst or similar roles, particularly within mobile apps or digital products.
- Strong understanding and partial experience with agile frameworks
- Proven abilities to capture, document and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and adapt to change.
