How will I help?
- Leading the achievement of Westpac’s strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systems
- Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs
- Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information that support Westpac to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value
- managing the development of detailed Business Requirements, Business Process Specifications and/or System Functional / Non-Functional Specifications that will drive the desired change to business process, system enhancement / development activities
- reviewing and revising documentation in light of any new information and/or changes to initial assumptions, including implications for project time, cost, quality and risk.
- Understand and adhere to enterprise methodologies and processes such as the Project Execution Framework (PEFm) and Requirements Development Framework (RDF)
- Lead regular status reporting as it relates to the project including progress and risks.

What do I need?
- Demonstrate effective group management techniques to ensure outcomes are achieved or corrective action is taken to mitigate recurrence where obligations have not been met; provide guidance and direction to others.
- 5+ Years Experience as Business BA.
- Ability to provide direction and guidance to others to undertake required activities to understand a problem and recommend an accepted solution; demonstrating the ability to assess a recommended solution and the associated decision process with a supporting rationale.
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and pain points to highlight critical improvement opportunities
- Able to extract insights from data to support the development and testing of data-driven solutions with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and satisfy agreed requirement
- Capable of facilitating activities that support solution delivery by removing constraints and blockers to ensure the full value of solution outcomes is realised.
- Strong relationship building skills and stakeholder management skills.
