Main Purpose of the role:
This role will be responsible for analysing and optimising our Logistics processes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will report into our Head of Logistics ANZ and work closely with various departments including our warehouse, Merchandise and Retail teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance our Logistics operations. This role contributes to advancing operational excellence and promoting an innovation-oriented environment within the Logistics Department. The role will support on executing projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing technologies, refining processes, and finding innovative solutions to improve efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Dive into supply chain data to uncover trends, optimize performance, and solve problems.
- Build dynamic dashboards and reports that drive strategic decisions.
- Create Process Workflow Document, Business Requirement Document, Data Mapping document and other documents relevant to Business analysis and testing as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytical solutions.
- Support process evaluations, scenario modelling, and optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain supply chain models to optimise service levels and increase efficiencies focusing on OPEX optimisation.
- Assist with end-to-end project planning & monitoring of Supply Chain initiatives, including detailed timeline creation, presentations & reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives & deliverables.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Create weekly/monthly reporting and dashboards which can be used by multiple stakeholders across the business
- Updating Supply Chain calendar, communicating key dates and deliverables to relevant stakeholders
- Weekly collaboration with all relevant business stakeholders both Internal and External
- Maintaining Supply Chain scorecards and business updates as required
- Report and analyse end of campaign results, providing visibility to Planning teams to assist in planning for future campaigns, helping to reduce dead stock in the DC.
Pivotal & Personal Competencies:
- Advanced MS Office; specifically, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS and Access
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 (ERP) / SAP
- Use data-driven insights to make informed supply chain decisions and address system-related challenges.
- Resolve system and stock integrity issues, ensure warehouse visibility, and support operational tasks.
- Drive solutions for data integrity issues, identify reporting gaps, and support business reporting needs.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
- Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and present findings in a compelling way to influence decisions.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
