About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in defining and delivering business requirements to support major networking and security projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to meet business needs.
Developing business process models and workflows to streamline execution.
Working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless translation of business needs into solutions.
Conducting impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
Supporting risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communication.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, telecommunications, or networking environments.
Experience in networking and security projects is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BPMN).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite with enterprise clients in a professional and adaptable manner.
