The Operational Resilience team is responsible for business continuity management and planning. They work closely with other business units to assess the severity and impact of plausible disruption scenarios, put together response plans and test these on a regular basis.
Mō te tūranga | About the Role
In this key role in the Bank, you will be responsible for the maintenance and updates to the Crisis Management Power BI App, support the annual Business Continuity programme and provide in depth and detailed thematic analysis on operational incidents.
Key accountabilities include:

Maintain the BC Power BI App, being able to make minor changes and keep the data dictionary and relevant controls updated.

Review the BCPs for quality and recommend opportunities for improvements, ensure dependencies are identified, tolerances set and agreed between the various roles in the business and technology ownership model.

Build strong partnerships across the business units, creating a community of practice across the Business Continuity Coordinators

Perform related duties as assigned, within the scope of role and as required by senior leadership.

Conduct cross BCP analysis to identify thematic root causes, raise issues and support remediation activity.

Extensive business continuity/operational resilience experience at first and/or second line of defence.
