How will I help?
As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business data to connect capability interventions with the achievement of business objectives and measure the impact of learning interventions.
You will also align capability development strategies with overarching business goals.
Your role is pivotal in leveraging data analysis to drive effective learning interventions that address business challenges and enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for measuring the impact of learning interventions on business performance and providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Effectively communicate data-driven insights, recommendations, and capability impact to stakeholders and business leaders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and record of business and capability data, analyses, and performance metrics.
- Design and implement evaluation mechanisms (e.g., experiments, surveys, assessments) to measure the effectiveness of capability solutions, conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations, and leverage data analytics tools to generate insights and reports on capability effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis, learning analytics, and business performance measurement.

What do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Strong ability to collate and communicate key business metrics and link them to capability strategy.
- Proven experience in data analysis to identify business issues, skill gaps, and opportunities for learning interventions.
- Experience in developing data-driven learning strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and understanding capability needs.
- Skilled in designing evaluation mechanisms, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and leveraging data analytics for insights.
- Knowledgeable about industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and learning analytics.
