Lovisa Opportunity:
The Digital Business Analyst will be mainly responsible for supporting the digital delivery and operation on different digital projects and features across the growing digital landscape.
Working closely with the senior digital manager and stakeholders from different departments to understand the business requirements of digital projects, to support for the project delivery and to provide service level operational support after the projects being delivered, the role will be involved in in sprint management, project UAT, project delivery and operational support, aiming to help manage and support digital projects across different stakeholders both internally and externally.
The Digital Support Analyst will be responsible for:
- Work closely with the senior digital manager to help on the project management and delivery
- Work closely with the project stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Co-manage Jira tickets across different digital projects
- Co-manage Confluence pages across different digital projects
- Help with UAT across different digital projects
- Help with BAU support across different digital projects
- Be available for sprint management when needed.
Lovisa Loves: A can-do attitude with the following skills:
- Solid experience as a support analyst or a business analyst in IT industry
- Solid experience with project management and delivery tools
- Solid experience with operational support

- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle for platform development, testing principles, project methodologies and practices
- Be able to work independently as part of a globally distributed team, proactively requesting assistance, advice, and input from colleagues as needed;
- Must have a can-do attitude and fast learning capability
- Must be a team player across different regions
- Knowledge of Webhooks, APIs, etc., as a BONUS
- Mandarin as a BONUS.
