Our client has an immediate requirement for a commercially saavy Senior Business Analyst to join their Government Entity Technology Services Practice based in Wellington. Your role will include working with teams across the business in a variety of projects, all of which are designed to further enhance the services and capabilities of those teams and what they can offer their customers.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience!
- 5+ years commercial experience working as a Senior Business Analyst across a variety of industry sectors where you have battle scars and a few gems to share with your team
- A strong business acumen and the ability to engage with business stakeholders and users to establish how technology can be used as an enabler for them in their businesses
- An excellent ability to communicate with all levels of an organisation to find out whats working now, and whats not, and formulating a plan to transform
- A high level of motivation and drive and a desire to improve peoples lives
- Strong Business Analysis capabilities across all areas including assessment, current and future process, elicitation of requirements and documentation, and delivery to development teams for execution
