As a Senior Business Analyst in our Customer Resolution Execution team, you’ll play a key role in supporting with business analytics, process re-engineering and operational support for end-to-end resolution of events and incoming regulatory enquiries across the product portfolios.

Ka aha tō rā e kite ai? - What will your day look like
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be:
Investigating and understanding reported Customer Resolution events and to provide analysis and responses to regulatory requests for information.
Completing critical analysis of remediation processes and data capture to provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
Applying knowledge of banking products, services, systems and data to identify the root causes of events
Assessing control options and supporting the development of those operational controls (e.g. exception reporting or technology fixes)
Determine technical requirements for identification of impacted customers and manage those requirements throughout the life of the project, refining through data testing and analysis
Develop presentations and documentation to communicate insights & recommendations in a compelling manner, and present regular project updates to stakeholders

Motivated with the ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure and manage multiple activities in accordance with delivery requirements and timelines
Good research, analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with a good attention to detail
Process analysis and change experience
Proficiency in use and manipulation of data
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to collaborate with people at different levels
Have a broad knowledge of Financial Service products and processes.
