We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who will work as part of our agile cross functional software engineering teams.
A passionate and enthusiastic forward thinker, you will work closely with Product Owners, other analysts, and software engineering teams to identify and analyse business requirements and support application and process changes through the delivery lifecycle.
As part of a growing community of practice you will receive coaching and mentoring from other team members and there will be numerous opportunities to expand and increase your skills within an Analyst role.

- Assist with the elicitation and documentation of business requirements, helping to writing user stories and working with another analyst to learn the ropes, ensuring that there is a prioritised backlog of work for your software engineering team.
- Work with other analysts and software engineering teams to define and propose solutions to business problems.
- Produce documentation including diagrams using relevant diagramming tools.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Grow your knowledge of design processes, tools, analysis best practice and architecture of CDL applications.
- Take ownership of your personal development, ensuring that your objectives align with the company strategy.
- Contribute to initiatives and continuous improvement of working practices both within the analysis community of practice and your software engineering team.
- Actively participate and contribute to the analysis community of practice, sharing your experience and knowledge with other analysts. Collaborate and contribute in agile ceremonies.
- Maintain and increase knowledge of design processes, tools, analysis best practice and architecture of CDL applications.
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of agile frameworks.
- Demonstrable analysis skills and knowledge of design methodologies gained through formal training.
