As a Business Analyst at Findex, you’ll play a vital role in driving transformational change across the organization. You won’t just be crunching numbers and analysing data—you’ll be a key part of the team that guides our strategic direction. Working closely with stakeholders from all levels, including senior executives and technical teams, you’ll translate business needs into actionable solutions that directly influence our success.
You’ll dive deep into our business processes, identify areas for improvement, and help implement changes that boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance performance. Your insights will be crucial in helping us meet our strategic goals and deliver better outcomes for our clients and teams.
What will your typical week look like?
- Work with stakeholders directly or via workshops to understand their needs and document clear, actionable business requirements + analyse current processes to find opportunities for improvement, automation, or optimisation
- Serve as the liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page and moving towards the same goals
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, project plans and reporting.
- Help develop test cases and ensure solutions meet business requirements before they go live
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- To be successful you will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a project management office or similar environment in the financial or professional services industry
- Proficiency in creating process maps and workflows to visualise and analyse business processes
- Ability to analyse data to support business decisions, including the use of tools like Excel, PowerBI or other data analysis software
- Experience with methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) & project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project
Knowledge of change management principles and the ability to support change initiatives effectively
