As a Project Change Lead at Marlowe Environmental Services (MES), you will drive the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives across systems, processes, and products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in aligning change initiatives with MES’s business objectives, improving operational performance, and enhancing customer experience. This role combines hands-on project leadership with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of change projects across systems, processes, and products.
- Contribute to yearly change planning, ensuring strategic alignment and benefits realisation.
- Report on benefits achieved from each change initiative.
- Support local change efforts, offering guidance and best practices.
- Build strong partnerships across MES to identify and deliver process improvements.
- Identify business process and behavioural changes that drive efficiency and customer value.
- Lead implementation efforts using Prince2 and Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives like ‘Project 2025’ to improve operations.
- Oversee business change through workflow redesign, behavioural change, and tech enablement.
- Support CIO-driven projects and other duties as required.
Person Specification
Experience
- 3+ years project management experience in dynamic environments.
- Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional business change.
- Experience with business/system integration and finance-related process change.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership with clear, calm communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- Able to manage multiple projects and budgets under pressure.
- Sound understanding of business processes, technology, and behaviours.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications.
- Salary up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
