Business Analyst
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Mobile Worker – 2-3 days in Birmingham, with travel to various units

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Change Team and play a crucial role in delivering transformation initiatives, including the OS2.0 programme. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that solutions meet both sector-specific and enterprise-wide goals.
As Business Analyst you will be required to
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for transformation projects.
- Conduct detailed process analysis and mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and solutions.
- Support solution design, validation, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders regularly, providing updates on project progress and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support process optimisation efforts across the business.
The Successful Business Analyst Will Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, particularly within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Proven expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements for complex projects.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to create clear and detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
