To support and enable exceptional digital experiences for our customers and colleagues, an exciting opportunity has been created to drive performance and evolution of the Banks Own A Home offering. The successful candidate will play a key role in a team dedicated to continuously improving customer and colleague digital journeys, prioritising change via a data-led approach that seeks to iterate toward a market leading proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and run workshops with the relevant stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the problems and opportunities that exist.
- Lead out on the mapping of as-is and to-be processes within the overall OAH journeys
- Support the refreshing of the prioritization scores for initiatives as they progress through Design and Discovery
- Own the development of userstories and requirements, working closesly with all business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Support monitoring, reporting and driving the performance of all existing digital journeys within Own a Home using defined performance metrics that align to the Banks strategic objectives
- Support identification of readiness activities to ensure colleagues and customers are fully prepared for change initiatives and adoption is maximized
- Understanding of global market trends in digital banking & bringing learnings into Digital
- Establishment of strong working relationships with third party suppliers
- Supporting the Digital Product Owner by engaging stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to expand digital journeys in line with the banks strategic objectives
- Supporting the Snr Digital Product Owner to assess value (Customer and Bank) of new and continuous Own a Home Portfolio
- Track business design objectives to ensure timely results.
- Ensure Project Manager and relevant partners are updated on Business Design progress, issues and risks. Escalate delivery slippage to Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead/Direct Line Manager.
- Support the Manager to ensure compliance, regulatory and risk requirements are adhered to as part of the programme
Requirements:
Essential:
- 2+ years of experience as an analyst
- Experienced and comfortable in running large workshops and producing outputs such as process maps; user stories; documentation
- Experienced in capturing requirements in an agile fashion, producing userstories that are correctly capture the requirements while being understandable and useable by all stakeholders from development to test and business readiness
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to make decisions and manage competing stakeholder requirements
- A strong customer needs focused mindset is essential to this role
- Proven experience in digital change initiatives
Desired Requirements
- Experience in financial services with a very good understanding of the mortgage needs of customers and associated financial products offered by PTSB
- Previous experience in using MIRO, JIRA/Confluence
- Experience of Agile methodologies
- Process mapping experience
This is an 18 month Fixed Term contracted position based in PTSB's St. Stephens Green, Dublin. (Hybrid options available within the Republic of Ireland only)
