The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business System Analyst to join our Business technology Care Team (Support Team) as part of our financial services business in Dublin.

As part of our Business technology Care Team (Support Team) you will be performing the below key duties:
Key Duties:
The Business System Analyst is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Assist in overseeing smooth functioning of our various business systems by analyzing and resolving technical and functional imperfections.
- Contribute to maintaining and nurturing Business Technology departments’ relationship with internal and external IT and Business stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining documentation on standard operating procedures that aims to provide best possible care for Maples Group’s applications’ end users.
Requirements
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Advanced spoken and written levels of business English
- Ability to communicate courteously and effectively to ensure buy-in from IT and Business stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage existing financial and business systems knowledge to optimize and facilitate end user’s interactions with our business systems.
- The ideal candidate will have graduate degree in IT, Business Technology.
