Project Business Analyst
Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Project Business Analyst to work as part of the PMO team.
Opportunity type:
Contract (6 - 18 months), 50% Hybrid in Dublin D1
Target start date: 11 Nov 2024
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or equivalent environment.
- High proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Available from 11 Nov 2024.
- Proven professional experience in the following areas:
- Leading on the review and analysis of the organisation’s business intentions, services, processes and information needs, to identify changes that lead to business improvements.
- Establishing the contribution that technology & process enhancements can make to business objectives, defining strategies, validating and justifying business needs.
- Conducting feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models.
- Prepare detailed specifications and oversees development and implementation of solutions, taking into account the implications of change on the organisation and all stakeholders.
- Liaising with management regarding the delivery of process and organisational change.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Business Analyst within the PMO team.
- Gathering of project requirements.
- Effective management of internal & external stakeholders.
- Managing and mitigating project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Preparation of all documentation in accordance with the internal project management methodology (PM Process).
- Regular and accurate reporting on progress to the Project Manager, Project Leadership Team (PLT) and PMO.
- Compliance with PM Process and other operational policies and processes.
- Strong advocate of the project and the change to be delivered.
- Actively support the professionalisation and continuous improvement in project and change management in the company.
