Reporting to the RPA Lead, our
RPA Business Analyst will help create the design of scalable and robust automated solutions for the business. This vital role works to ensure processes as resilient, scalable, and efficient, maintaining cost and ensuring deadlines are met.
Our RPA team have made significant strides over the last 3 years and have made a number of critical process improvements across the business. They are constantly assessing new automation solutions, and this role will both support new initiatives and enhance mature projects.

What you’ll be doing: Our
RPA Business Analyst will identify processes from across
Jet2.com and
Jet2holidays that would benefit from Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and produce process definition documents and business cases for sign-off. You’ll also: -
- Play a lead role in proposing process optimisation through redesigning existing processes and working closely with developers to build new workflows.
- Ensure operational readiness with each business area, leading the change management process.
- Report on the effectiveness of automation solutions after they are implemented, working to resolve any issues encountered by users.
What you’ll have:
- You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You’ll be able to gather large amounts of information quickly, and documenting processes clearly and efficiently.
- Ideally, you’ll have experience working with Lean methodology and experience on projects involving RPA tools such as UiPath.
- You’ll be proactive, confident to engage with people at all levels and have strong attention to detail.
