We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our Digital Development team and drive enhancements to our software systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across our national organisation, helping to improve processes and provide valuable support for both our staff and the people who use our services.

Where: Leeds

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Full Time Salary: £49,212.09 - £51,449.61 Dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, pro rata for part time).

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you’ll lead initiatives to analyse and improve software and process changes across Change Grow Live. Key responsibilities include

Collaborating with stakeholders and leading on requirements gathering activities
Developing clear specifications and assisting with solution design, testing and implementation activities
Communicating effectively across technical and non technical audiences

Proven experience collaborating with software development teams
Ability to take initiative and work proactively in an evolving environment
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts

The role requires high-level organisation, excellent IT skills, the ability to prioritise and work independently, as well as contributing effectively to a geographically disparate team.
