ABOUT US
The Building Engineering Services Association is the UK's leading trade organisation for building engineering services contractors – representing the interests of firms active in the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, control and management of engineering systems and services in buildings.
We are embarking upon a significant period of business and technology transformation and are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to help us better understand what we do now, and where we need to go with our future technology. - Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, ensuring all team members understand upcoming work and sprint goals, while remaining accountable for the smooth execution of the process.
- Investigate and model business functions, processes, and information flows, using analytical tools to continuously enhance and optimise organisational efficiency.
- Analyse and improve inter-relationships between business processes, systems, and interfaces, ensuring all developments integrate successfully with business systems. This fosters a culture of responsibility and care for every system interaction.
- Evaluate alternative systems and select solutions that are both efficient and commercially viable, providing continuous value to the business.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring that proper mitigation plans are in place and effectively communicated.
