The Markets Chief Business Office provides an integrated platform with cross-products, cross-regional innovative capabilities and subject matter expertise, to support Markets strategy and growth. The CBO remit includes businesses such as Innovation & Investments and Velocity, among others.
To support the CBO, the Business Analyst will assist with the administrative activities for the business, including management of the Investments portfolio, roll out of key Gen AI initiatives, facilitation of new activities and assistance with MCA transformation efforts. In addition, the CBO Business Analyst may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.
What you'll be doing:
- Help prioritize and track innovation & growth opportunities across Markets CBO (including Gen AI) and assist with their execution, as needed
- Assist Investments with the maintenance of the Investments portfolio
- Prepare management reports for key senior stakeholders within Markets, Operations and Technol
- Monitor the preparation of regular and special budget, headcount and risk & control reports
- Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
