The One SCH Programme Team are looking for a talented and tenacious Business Analyst who can deliver change in line with our ambitious transformation programme. Is that you?

- A business-related qualification or ability to demonstrate relevant knowledge, experience or training that enables you to carry out the full range of Business Analysis duties
- Previous experience of project management and supporting the implementation of a variety of business improvement initiatives
- Experience of business process improvement and reengineering techniques to achieve process efficiencies
- Previous experience of designing, organising and facilitating business analysis and transformational change activity and workshops with staff at all levels and external stakeholders, developing a strong understanding of their current and future requirements and the change required to meet future outcomes.
- Able to engage, influence and build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders to deliver on key projects.
- The ability to work with technical teams to gather and engineer solutions
- Knowledge and an understanding of business analysis techniques to understand and document the AS-IS position of a service, provide recommendations, and model the TO-BE future state operating model elements
