We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (6 month contract) to join our dynamic team of over 50 professionals within the Digital Practice. As a Business Analyst, the selected candidate will be implementing complex & impactful solutions for many household names in the private & public sector.
Key Responsabilities:
- Build trusted & long-term relationships with Ergo customers.
- Lead customer workshops on complex technical & business focussed topics.
- Engage with Ergo customers during all project phases to understand, elicit & document detailed business requirements.
- Produce clear & well-presented documentation which can be interpreted by business users & as well as delivery project teams.
- Identify & document As-Is & To-Be business processes.
- Collaborate with project team members (Solution Architects, etc) to analyse system functionality & review functional & technical specifications.
- Support development teams during implementation to clarify requirements & to assist in the successful delivery of impactful applications.
- Support Quality Assurance teams to successfully complete all testing phases & the release of quality applications to end users.
- Creation of workflow diagrams (swim lanes, system processes, architecture diagrams).
- Carry out fit-gap analysis on potential software products.
- Execute Data analysis, identify trends & present results.
- Provide training, demos & feature support to the business users.
- Stay updated on the latest product releases & industry trends.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst across multiple software projects.
- Collaborative by nature with strong interpersonal skills & the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the Financial Services sector.
- Experience of working on Integration projects.
- Good English communication, both verbal & written.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Optional but highly desirable skills:
- Possess a degree in a Computing discipline or equivalent.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. British Computer Society Business Analysis, IIBA, etc).
