As a team:
You will be part of a specialized team responsible for managing and supporting Client's Data Center Operations and Deployments. Our team serves as the primary point of contact for material fulfillment by managing demand signals using material requirements planning.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced supply chain operations specialists who can provide materials planning and managing inventory transactions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong supply chain operations experience to ensure deployments requirements are met, while meeting service level agreements and business requirements.
In this you will:
- Partner with procurement team and suppliers to ensure all sites have a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials.
- Enable on time new deployment projects by executing inventory transactions including movements and transfers, in a fast-paced environment.
- Support material fulfillment by managing demand signals using material requirements planning.
- Anticipating stock demands based on current and future functions.
- Analyze inventory needs to meet increased or reduced demand.
- Analyze and Address material shortages.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions related to stock-outs and other inventory exceptions.
- Understand, gather and validate required master material data updates.
- Analyze inventory across multiple sites and regions.
- Identify excess after deployment is done and reclassify the excess to other projects or spare use.
- Facilitate review and reclassification of material with XFN teams.
- Work to resolve any inventory discrepancy issues.
- Help automate tactical activities to improve efficiency and increase productivity.
Job Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in supply chain operations and deployments. They will combine technical expertise with strong analytical and communication skills to effectively support materials planning and deployments.
We are looking for experience across a selection of the following skills:
- 3+ years of supply chain experience with focus on demand planning and material management
- 2 years of experience managing material using MRP software
- Proficient user of Excel, including use of formulas, chart and pivot tables
