Workflow Business Analyst
Role Description:
The Workflow Business Analyst will work in a lead role with stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, working in an Agile way as part of the development team to ensure these are delivered effectively.
The candidate will be detail oriented and need to become highly knowledgeable about Rabobank wholesale banking products and processes.
A background in business and systems analysis is essential, with exposure to wholesale banking, particularly finance and reporting, an advantage. As well as dealing with change, the Workflow Business Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and accuracy of the banking platforms, and will provide 3rd line support to our service delivery teams.
Working Hours:
The role will be a Hybrid Working Role and will require attendance in the Rabobank Dublin offices two days per week.

Main Responsibilities:
Core Tasks:
- Defines systems and project scope/ objectives through research, fact finding, with a solid understanding of business workflows, systems, and requirements.
- Identifies, documents and implements (into plan) client requirements and needs.
- Translates business requirements into (possible IT) solution requirements.
- Prepare and execute testing required for change to ensure business needs are met and the stability of the production service is secured.
Technical Competencies:
- Knowledge of BA methods and techniques
- Experience of process & workflow mapping “As Is” and “To Be”
- Experience of developing User Case Scenario
- Knowledge of Scrum
- Business process, Financial and Organisational knowledge
- Test Plan Development & Execution
- Microsoft Azure
- T-SQL and /or PL-SQL Queries

Education & Experience:
- Third Level Qualification in an IT or business related discipline or equivalent
- 3+ Years experience of Wholesale banking system
- 5+ years or more demonstrable experience of Business Analysis with a strong emphasis on workflow, finance and reporting
