IT Resourcing at Ergo are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term contract with a government body.
The Business Analyst must be proficient in working on Agile projects with previous experience in MS Dynamics Case Management Solution (CMS) customer journey mapping is highly desirable.
Also, this professional will provide expertise in production of Business Analysis artefacts, both in Waterfall and Agile, such as As-Is and To-Be process mapping, Business Requirements Specification documents, Functional Specification documents, Features, Epics and User Stories.
This is a hybrid role (2 days on-site), based in Dublin city centre.

- Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools like Figma.
- Data Interpretation: Ability to translate data findings into actionable insights and policy recommendations.
