Job Introduction
The Role:
You will be a team player and able to work alongside different business areas, whilst planning your workload and ensuring that the deadlines are met without sacrificing the quality or accuracy of the reports.
You will be a data cheerleader and look for ways of improving the report and analysis delivery (via automation or process improvement or other ways). You will tell a story using data and will effectively communicate this to the wider business and customers. You will drive the Analytics agenda across the business and will get involved in various data initiatives.
- Retrieve, clean, manipulate, and analyse data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Validate data results through cross-checking, identifying data quality issues, and implementing data cleansing techniques.
- Prepare and present data in a clear and compelling manner, utilizing appropriate visualizations and design principles.
- Collaborate with senior team members to complete assigned tasks and projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, tailoring messages to suit the audience's understanding.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and emerging methodologies in data analysis.
- Stay informed about technological developments and industry news to enhance domain and industry knowledge.
- Effectively manage your time to meet project deadlines and deliver reports in a timely manner. This includes prioritizing tasks and allocating appropriate time for each activity.
- You will be a data champion and look for ways of improving the report and analysis delivery.
- You will need to be competent in MS office package.
- You will handle client’s data requests, prepare tables, charts and tell a story on the results. You will be responsible for contributing to the provision of robust and reliable data to the business stakeholders and customers.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Responsible for data preparation, exploration, interrogation and analysis.
- Defined, designed, developed, tested, and deployed various report outputs maintaining an audit trail, quality version and source control for all reporting
- Establish good working relationships across teams & the wider business to understand the analytics agenda.
- An excellent level of mathematical ability, including use of Excel.
- Highly skilled in time management, plan work and meet deadlines in line with business needs.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Naturally inquisitive.
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.

- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
Desirable:
- Relevant experience within a healthcare setting
- Ability to use SQL for data analysis or any other programming data language.
