The Business Analyst role bridges the gap between our Technology and Business teams. You will offer advice on technology solutions and development across its lifecycle, leveraging your understanding of the assigned business area to drive successful and sustainable solutions that address business problems. You will be accountable for a feature, product, project within the domain for managing the full lifecycle; including requirements gathering, solution design, functional needs, and user training activities.
You’ll have:

3+ years’ experience as a business analyst
-
An agile mindset and passion for Agile ways of working
-
Experience working on large-scale and complex business environments
-
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
-
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and think both critically and strategically
-
Experience with modern delivery frameworks including scrum, Kanban, lean, HCD, test automation and others
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
-
Excellent documentation skills
-
A customer-centric mindset with a drive for continuous improvement & innovation

Experience working with B2C/CRM systems & contact centre technology desirable

Familiar with contact centre operations
