Join Ramsay Health Care Australia as a Financial Business Analyst and make a real impact!
In this full-time role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to critically review and drive process improvements, standardisation and automation across Ramsay Finance Operations. The successful candidate will lead implementation, testing and training of new processes that support the Finance functions and best practices.
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Sydney Head Office in St Leonards, offering flexibility and work from home opportunities for the suitable candidate.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Build and develop reports and solutions for the business from a range of data sources.
- Work independently as part of projects to standardise, simplify and automate business processes
- Professionally communicate the progress of projects, and to identify and communicate on hurdles, ensuring our team achieves project deadlines and effectively resolves challenges when they arise.
- Undertake Quality Assurance checks to ensure that all work is completed with the highest degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Drive change by using your skills to communicate the purpose and method of change with a range of professional, technical and non-technical users.
Your Essential Skills and Experience
- Highly developed problem-solving skills, including conceptual and analytical ability within a large organisation with complex operational structures.
- Ability to interpret data and identify areas of concern and risk, with a keen curiosity to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead business process improvement reviews and activities to influence positive change.
- Sound knowledge of financial systems and accounting concepts.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise complex tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to analyse and evaluate user requirements to ensure effective and timely responses, ensuring ongoing reporting deadlines are met
Desirable:
- Project management and change management experience
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite (especially Excel), IBM Planning Analytics & the TM1 suite
- Solid understanding SAP, VBA, Power BI, and MS SQL
