The role:
As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our product development process, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. You will play a critical role in gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers while aligning with our strategic objectives. Operating within an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products iteratively and efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a business analyst in a product development environment, must have knowledge using agile methodologies, frameworks and principles.
- Seeking an individual with 3 -5 years expertise.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA and Confluence) and wireframing/mockup tools (e.g., Figma).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing principles.
