About the Role
The Business Office Administrator/Analyst reports directly to the Director of Business and is responsible for completing administrative tasks that support the Whole School Managers that comprise the Business office. This role will predominately be shared across the Property & Facilities Manager, the Risk & Compliance Manager, the Head of Finance and the Business Operations Manager with the overflow of remaining tasks directed by the Director of Business.
The Business Office Administrator/Analyst will collaborate with other administrative staff to maintain and improve processes and find positive solutions. As this position will handle personal information, it is essential that they display sound judgement, discretion and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.
About You
You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills including strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
- A high level of financial analytical skills and spreadsheet management
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service to meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
- Aptitude for learning new IT systems such as those used at the school (Synergetic –student database system).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Qualifications/ Experience in Accounting / Business Management

- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A current National Police Check; and
- Full working rights within Australia
