Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions to enhance business processes
- Develop functional specifications and detailed use cases for IT solutions
- Conduct gap analysis to identify existing system shortcomings and recommend solutions
- Establish and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Support project managers in planning and executing projects by providing input
- Work closely with developers to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible
- Manage change requests and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Create end-user training and support documentation
- Recommend enhancements to improve IT solutions' effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and their potential application to the business

Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field in Financial Services.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles
- Strong documentation skills with experience creating technical specifications, use cases, and process maps
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
