Bringing a considerable level of experience to the role and providing support to the Retail Operations Portfolio, the position requires the BA to understand and analyse business needs and strategies in order to plan and deliver the Retail Operations portfolio of initiatives.
Would suit an experienced BA with an Insurance Ops background, to ensure that project deliveries adhere to the business requirements and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
Working with both project teams and stakeholders as required, the BA will demonstrate expertise in Acturis configuration, migration delivery and testing, as well as working with software houses to deliver suitable solutions for the business.
Operating in a new Retail Operations team, this is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives to support meeting the Retail Strategy and Core Values.
