Employment type: Temporary full-time role up to 30 June 2025
Salary: $106,025 pa – $117,363 pa, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The Central Access Unit (CAU) is a branch within the High Cost Emergency Arrangement (HCEA) Strategy Unit at DCJ. In this role you will identify, analyse and facilitate improvement to the business systems, processes and workflows to assist the Unit to achieve its program priorities and goals.
What you’ll do
- Assisting in designing tools, dashboards and implement processes to identify, analyse and facilitate improvements to the service system.
- Collaborate effectively with a range of key stakeholders to centralise the administrative and reporting components of the business unit.
- Ensure timely data capture and undertake data analysis for outcome reporting.
What we’re looking for
The role is suited to an individual who is highly organised, proactive and results driven. Ideally the applicant will have the following qualities.
- Highly developed knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency using Power BI and Power Query
- Ability to help design a range of tools to capture and present data.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within high pressure deadlines.
- Ability to consult, analysis information, prepare reports and created solutions to support collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.
