How will I help?
In this role you will undertake business analysis and instructional design activities for project or process change requests (externally or internally driven) that impact Cash & Transactional Banking (CTBO) teams.
This role requires you to engage with internal CTBO business units and external project teams (BA’s PM & CM) to complete various analysis activities & delivery changes impacting CTBO.
To be successful in this role you will need to be an adaptable self-starter who is comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously and juggling multiple priorities. You will be proactive in seeking out information, building relationships and problem solving in order to hit he ground running.

Key Responsibilities
- Managed project as assigned to ensure smooth delivery with key operational and risk aspects defined
- Represent the business at stakeholder meetings
- Maintain discipline in meeting key project milestones
- Work with leadership to document the business & people strategy and track outcomes
- Liaise with Group Operations (GO) and Line of Business (LOB) representatives on business requirements as they relate transformation agenda including availability of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

What do I need?
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
- Solid understanding of the retail banking and financial services market in Australia – challenges, trends, competitive & regulatory environment
- A strong track record of change experience with up to 3 years demonstrable experience in managing highly complex change initiatives with a proven ability to successfully transition people and the business from a 'program' mode to BAU.
- Sound experience implementing governance and reporting protocols
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritisation, relationship building and influencing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage performance independently and achieve high performance outcomes
- Demonstrable experience developing and implementing operations strategy and developing the case for critical initiative funding
- Tertiary or relevant professional qualifications would be preferableSignificant and demonstrable experience and knowledge in banking and finance industry & products as well as the regulatory, financial, and operational risk environment
