What you'll be doing
The Senior Clinical Analyst role supports the Westmead Health Precinct Redevelopment by integrating new digital health solutions into clinical and business operations. This role focuses on ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes. Your role is responsible for:
- Providing clinical and business expertise.
- Integrating new digital health solutions.
- Supporting sustainable change initiatives.
- Ensuring patient safety is prioritised.
- Enhancing quality clinical outcomes.

- Demonstrated extensive clinical analyst experience or extensive experience as a health professional
- Proven involvement or a strong desire to gain experience working on a clinically orientated project and working with clinicians
- Demonstrated high level analytical and interpersonal skills and knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and /or collaboratively in a project team environment within a complex organisation influencing others to move towards a common goal or vision
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to show initiative including a “can do” attitude and an ability to overcome obstacles
- Excellent oral, written communication skills and presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to executive, stakeholders and large groups
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems when and where required with minimal guidance
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across a broad spectrum including planning and facilitating workshops and meetings
