Your role and responsibilities
Stakeholder support and management on SME related items
Business analysis and support within the design space
Confirming operational viability of defect workarounds
Supporting requirements mapping to operational use cases
Business analysis work on use cases
Managing and maintaining stakeholder engagement on a pre-determined stakeholder map. Ensuring all parties are kept well informed, updated and read into programme performance
Supporting Test engineers and developers to ensure test cases are aligned to baseline designs and identifying early issues for escalation and deconfliction
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Knowledge and experience of operational departments across the MPS and can provide context and support to the programme when engaging
Support business change activities to support programme delivery and MPS needs
Can communicate at delivery to executive level.
Additional Information
Project management or Business Analysis qualifications and/or demonstratable experience required
Documented experience in the SME fields requested
Ability to take instruction, and also lead others
Support staff and provide advice and knowledge

You will be required to produce metrics, utilise JIRA, and document with good governance and rigor decisions, risks and assumptions appropriately and ensure sign off via PMO and programme management.
