If you have a background that includes business analysis and identifying opportunities to be more productive then we’d like to hear from you. You will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of improving business processes to meet business and user needs. You’ll also need to work collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders in order to build support for new ways of working.

The role
- You will be responsible for mapping existing business processes and articulating new processes for future services that generate maximum value for customers and DCC employees.
- You’ll be able to work with colleagues within a multi-disciplinary team and wider business areas to build consensus around the value of working differently.
About you
- You’ll be confident working collaboratively with people to identify and respond to problems using tried-and-tested business analysis techniques
- You’ll be comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders, including to establish existing benchmarks and ensure new ways of working are understood.
- You’ll prefer working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, and will have experience of working across large and complex projects.
