If you have a background that includes business analysis and identifying opportunities to be more productive then we’d like to hear from you. You will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of improving business processes to meet business and user needs. You’ll also need to work collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders in order to build support for new ways of working.

The role

You will be responsible for mapping existing business processes and articulating new processes for future services that generate maximum value for customers and DCC employees.
You’ll be able to work with colleagues within a multi-disciplinary team and wider business areas to build consensus around the value of working differently.

About you

You’ll be confident working collaboratively with people to identify and respond to problems using tried-and-tested business analysis techniques
You’ll be comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders, including to establish existing benchmarks and ensure new ways of working are understood.
You’ll prefer working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, and will have experience of working across large and complex projects.
